参考高铁及城市轨道交通的相关试验方法,测试了中低速磁浮轨道结构在列车荷载作用下的动力响应,获得了轨排结构在列车以不同速度通过时的位移、加速度和应变。结果表明:轨排结构各测点的动力响应值随运行速度的增加呈增长趋势;由于F型导轨的悬臂结构,F型导轨的动力响应值最大,H型钢轨枕次之,承轨梁顶面处最小;列车荷载对轨排结构的动力特性有着明显影响,定员荷载作用下的轨排响应值大于空车;桥梁与轨排构成一个振动体,受梁体振动的影响,简支梁的响应值大于连续梁。
Abstracts:
By referring to the relevant test methods of high-speed railway and urban rail transit, the dynamics response of medium-low speed maglev track structure under train load is tested. The displacement, acceleration and strain of the rail row structure when the train passes at different speeds are obtained. The results show that the dynamics response value at each measuring point of the rail row structure increases with the increase of running speed. Due to the cantilever structure of F-shape rail, the dynamic response of F-shape rail is the largest, followed by the H-shape steel sleeper as second and the minimum response is at the top of the bearing rail beam. The train load has a significant impact on the dynamics characteristics of the rail row structure, the track response value under rated passenger load is greater than that of empty vehicle. The beam and rail row constitute a vibration body, and the response of simply supported beam is greater than that of continuous beam due to the influence of beam vibration.
