Field Measurement Study of Rectangular Pipe Jacking Construction Influencing Ground Subsidence in Silty Clay Stratum

为了探究粉质黏土地层矩形顶管施工对周边环境的影响,依托郑州某地铁站出入口通道工程,对矩形顶管法施工过程中呈现的地面沉降规律和分布特征进行了研究,并针对工程中土体变形问题给出了相应的措施建议。研究结论如下:地面累计沉降变化共划分为4个阶段,各阶段地面累计沉降变化量占最终累计沉降量的比例分别为24.25%、20.42%、34.38%及20.95%。施工扰动影响范围为典型监测断面前方1.26 w(w为矩形顶管机宽度)至典型监测断面后方1.52 w;加固地层和非加固地层中,施工引起的地层损失率分别为1.01%~1.35%和2.50%~4.10%,横向影响范围分别为2.01 w~2.16 w和2.23 w~2.88 w。
Abstracts:
In order to investigate the influence of rectangular pipe jacking construction on the surrounding environment in silty clay stratum, the ground subsidence law and distribution characteristics presented during rectangular pipe jacking construction are studied based on a metro station entrance/exit passage project in Zhengzhou, corresponding measures are suggested for the soil deformation problem during the construction. The conclusions of the study are as follows: the cumulative ground subsidence change is divided into 4 stages, and the proportion of the cumulative ground subsidence change at each construction stage to the final cumulative settlement is 24.25%, 20.42%, 34.38% and 20.95% respectively. The influence range of construction disturbance is 1.26 w (w is the width of the rectangular pipe jacking machine) in front of the typical monitoring section to 1.52 w behind the typical monitoring section. The construction-induced ground loss rate is 1.01%~1.35% and 2.50%~4.10% in the reinforced and non-reinforced strata respectively, and the lateral influence range is 2.01 w~2.16 w and 2.23 w~2.88 w respectively.
