地铁车站基坑上跨既有大型岩溶塌陷区处理措施研究

在我国大规模的地铁基坑建设中,很多城市面临岩溶地质带来的基坑突涌水、地面塌陷等灾害,但基坑上跨既有大型岩溶塌陷区则较为罕见。综合采用地质钻探、抽水试验等方式逐步探明广州地铁某车站岩溶塌陷区地质、水文情况。经研究分析、方案比选,采取基底渗漏水通道封堵为主、墙底渗漏水通道封堵为辅的处理措施。基底渗漏水通道采取满堂红三轴搅拌桩加固20 m厚,使预估涌水量减少92%;墙底渗漏水通道采用57 m深MJS(全方位高压喷射)桩封堵。基底渗漏水通道封堵以塌陷区中心为重中之重,同时也需处理砂层直接覆盖于灰岩上方的区域。
Abstracts:
In the large-scale construction of metro foundation pit in China, cities may face many disasters such as water inrush and ground collapse caused by karst geology, but it is rare for the foundation pit to span over the existing large-scale karst collapse area. The geological and hydrological conditions in the karst collapse area of a Guangzhou Metro station are gradually explored by means of geological drilling and pumping test. After research, analysis and scheme comparison, measures mainly to block seepage channel at the base and supplemented by blocking the seepage channel at the diaphragm wall bottom are adopted. The seepage channel at the base adopts 20 m-thick reinforcement with full-scale triaxial mixing piles, reducing the estimated water inrush by 92%. The leakage channel at the diaphragm wall bottom is blocked with 57m-deep MJS (metro jet system) piles. The center of the collapse area is the most important part for blocking the basement leakage channel, and the area directly covered by the sand layer above the limestone also needs to be treated.
