摘要:
某型地铁车辆的牵引电机动力连接器在运行过程中发生烧损。采用故障树分析方法,对故障电机动力连接器的烧损原因进行分析。模拟使用环境进行复合工况试验,复现了故障现象,确定造成现车电机动力连接器烧损的原因为连接器插孔簧片正压力不足,即簧片正压力不足致使其在长时间振动工况下出现接触不良,造成接触件温升过高或出现拉弧线型,进而导致设备烧损。根据故障原因,对该型电机动力连接器的设计方案进行优化改进,调整该型连接器插孔簧片的热处理参数,以提高接触件的单孔拔力。试验结果表明:改进后的设计方案有效解决了现车电机动力连接器的烧毁问题。
Abstracts:
The motor power electrical connector of a metro vehicle was burnt during operation. Fault tree analysis method is used to analyze the burning cause of the fault electrical connector. The composite working condition test is carried out by simulating the service environment, and the fault condition is replicated. It is determined that the burning cause of existing vehicle motor electrical connector is the insufficient positive pressure of connector socket spring, which leads to poor contact under long-time vibration working condition, and the excessive temperature rise of contact components or the arcing line further makes the consequent equipment burning. According to the fault cause, the design solution of the motor electrical connector is optimized and improved, and the heat treatment parameters of the above type connector socket spring are adjusted to improve the single hole pull force of the contact component. Test results show that the optimized design scheme effectively solves the burnout problem of existing vehicle motor electrical connectors.
