市域(郊)铁路与多层次轨道交通互联互通原则与技术要点

摘要:
[目的]市域(郊)铁路作为连接城市中心城区与外围组团的关键纽带,在促进轨道交通融合发展中发挥重要作用。因此,需对市域(郊)铁路与多层次轨道交通互联互通进行系统性研究。[方法]简述了国外典型城市东京、巴黎在轨道交通互联互通方面的发展模式和基本特点,以及我国上海、北京和重庆等城市在轨道交通互联互通技术标准和运营管理上的技术创新。提出市域(郊)铁路与多层次轨道交通互联互通原则,以及互联互通技术要点。[结果及结论]市域(郊)铁路与多层次轨道交通互联互通应遵循时效优势、客流需求显著、线路能力富裕、工程造价可接受、技术标准可兼容、运营管理可协调等六项原则。从技术、运营、组织三层面提出互联互通技术要点:技术层面,通过双制式供电和信号改造实现标准兼容;运营层面,依托区域调度中心和票务平台提升协同效率;组织层面,通过优化运行交路和候车标识实现一体化运输。
Abstracts:
[Objective] As the vital link connecting central urban areas with peripheral clusters, city (suburban) railways play a crucial role in promoting the integrated development of rail transit network. Therefore, a systematic study on the interoperation between city (suburban) railways and multi-level rail transit networks is necessary. [Method] The development models and key characteristics of rail transit interoperability in major international cities such as Tokyo and Paris, and technological innovations in technical standards and operational management in Chinese cities including Shanghai, Beijing, and Chongqing are introduced. The principles and technical key points for interoperation between city (suburban) railways and multi-level rail transit are proposed. [Result & Conclusion] The interoperation between city (suburban) railways and multi-level rail transit systems should follow six principles: time efficiency advantage, significant passenger demand, adequate line capacity, acceptable construction cost, compatibility of technical standards, and coordination in operational management. The technical key points for interoperation are proposed from three levels of technology, operation and organization. Technically, compatibility of standards is achieved through dual-mode power supply and signaling system modifications; operationally, coordination efficiency is enhanced via regional dispatching centers and integrated ticketing platforms; organizationally, unified transport is realized by optimizing train routing and passenger guidance signage.
