摘要:
[目的] 为提升城市轨道交通车站的现场管理水平,增强企业运营能力,有必要对国家标准GB/T 29590—2013《企业现场管理准则》的实施效果进行研究,并探讨如何通过这一准则来优化现场管理、提高效率效能、节省资源能耗,进而增强企业品牌价值和核心竞争力。 [方法] 分析地铁车站现场特点,包括全时性、开放性、服务对象变化性等,并针对车站现场管理提出六个重视点:领导作用发挥、班组能力建设、需求识别、业务流程优化及测量及分析改进;详细讨论每一方面的具体管理机制和策略。 [结果及结论] 实施所提出的管理策略,有助于完善企业现场管理体系和系统运用质量管理工具方法,进而提升管理水平,形成一套可操作并可长期执行的管理体系。车站现场管理改进提升是一项长期工程,需各方共同努力、协同作战;要全面提升管理能力,特别是对外部环境的适应和抗风险能力,要确保服务质量能满足乘客需求,使城市轨道交通保持强劲的竞争力。
Abstracts:
[Objective] To enhance the on-site management level of urban rail transit stations and strengthen enterprise management capabilities, the implementation effectiveness of the national standard Criteria for Field Management in Enterprise (GB/T29590—2013) is investigated, aiming to explore how to optimize on-site management, improve efficiency and effectiveness, conserve resources, and enhance brand value and core competitiveness of enterprises through this criteria. [Method] The characteristics of metro station sites are first analyzed, including their round-the-clock operation, openness, and variability of service users. Based on the characteristics analysis, six key focus areas for station site management are proposed: leadership function exertion, team capacity building, demand identification, business process optimization, and measurement/analysis for continuous improvement. Each aspect is elaborated with specific management mechanisms and strategies. [Result Conclusion] Implementing these management strategies contributes to the refinement of the enterprise on-site management system, the systematic application of quality management tools and methods, and the overall improvement of management standards, forming a management framework that is both acceptable on-site and sustainable in a long-term. Improvement of station on-site management is a long-term endeavor that requires joint efforts from all stakeholders. The importance of enhancing overall management capabilities, particularly adaptability to external environments and risk resistance. This ensures that service quality meets passenger demands, service processes are effectively controlled, and competitiveness is maintained in the field of urban rail transit.
