[目的]在我国北方的冬季,在城市轨道交通地下车站风道、出入口等与室外连通处设置的给排水管道经常出现冻结、爆管现象,需要科学、合理地确定地铁车站管道冬季防冻保温方案,并确定电伴热系统的设置范围。[方法]以郑州地铁城郊线某地下车站为例,选取该站出入口及活塞风道中的7个典型测点,对7个测点的环境温度进行监测分析。基于训练熟练的神经网络模型,选取了2个最不利工况,对这2个最不利工况下各测点的环境温度实际值和仿真值进行对比。采用COMSOL Multiphysics软件,模拟了特定区域内多种管径类型给排水管道内水温的变化规律。[结果及结论]提出了郑州地铁地下车站给排水管道冬季防冻保温及电伴热系统的设置方案。与既有方案相比,所提方案减小了电伴热系统的设置范围,减少了建设投资,降低了运营期的运维成本。
Abstracts:
[Objective] During winter in northern China, water supply and drainage pipelines located at ventilation ducts and the entry/exit that connect urban rail transit underground stations to the outdoors are prone to freezing and bursting. It is necessary to develop a scientific and reasonable winter anti-freeze and thermal insulation scheme for metro station pipelines, determining the appropriate coverage of electric heat tracing system. [Method] Using an underground station on the suburban line of Zhengzhou Metro as example, seven typical monitoring points at the station entry/exit and piston ventilation ducts are selected. The ambient temperature at the seven points are monitored and analyzed. Based on a well-trained neural network model, two most unfavorable working conditions are selected, under which comparisons are made between the actual and simulated ambient temperatures at each monitoring point. COMSOL Multiphysics software is used to simulate the water temperature variation patterns within water supply and drainage pipelines of various diameters in specific areas. [Result & Conclusion] A configuration scheme of winter anti-freeze, insulation, and electric heat tracing system for water supply and drainage pipelines in Zhengzhou Metro underground stations is proposed. Compared to existing solutions, the proposed scheme reduces the configuration scope of electric heat tracing system, lowers the construction investment, and decreases the operation and maintenance costs during the operation phase.
