摘要:
[目的]列车线缆作为列车运行控制和动力传导的关键部件,其性能状态直接影响列车的安全性与可靠性。传统线缆评估方法依赖经验分析和定期检查,难以准确预测线缆的失效风险及失效时间。为实现列车延期服役的科学评估,需对线缆寿命进行定量研究。[方法]提出一种基于加速寿命试验的线缆寿命评估方法:首先分析线缆故障机理,通过应力水平计算确定抽样对象,进而建立寿命评估规则,最终依据加速试验结果得出评估结论。[结果及结论]加速寿命试验能有效模拟并加速线缆实际服役中的老化过程,精准确定关键线缆的剩余使用寿命。该方法可为线缆维护更换、车辆延期服役评估提供科学依据,同时对降低列车全生命周期维护成本提供参考。
Abstracts:
[Objective] As a key component of train operation control and power transmission, the status of train cable performance directly affects the safety and reliability of the train. Traditional cable evaluation methods rely on empirical analysis and regular inspections, making it difficult to accurately predict the failure risk and failure time of cables. To achieve a scientific assessment of train service life extension, it is necessary to conduct a quantitative study on cable lifespan. [Method] A cable life assessment method based on ALT(accelerated life testing) is proposed: first, the cable failure mechanism is analyzed, the sampling object is determined by stress level calculation; then, the life assessment rules are established, and finally the assessment conclusion is drawn based on the ALT results. [Result & Conclusion] ALT can effectively simulate and accelerate the cable aging process in actual service, and accurately determine the remaining service life of key cables. This method can provide a scientific basis for cable maintenance and replacement, as well as vehicle service life extension assessment, while providing a reference for reducing the train′s full life cycle maintenance cost.
