摘要:
[目的]地铁车辆基地采用全地下模式,在提升经济效益的同时也增加了火情发生后的排烟难度。有必要针对影响地铁地下车辆基地运用库机械排烟系统排烟效果的关键参数进行深入研究。[方法]以我国华东地区某城市地铁线路的地下车辆基地为研究对象,通过FDS(火灾动力学软件)建立了数值模拟模型,验证了该模型的可靠性。基于GB 51298—2018,选取了排烟量、挡烟垂壁底部与排烟口距离、排烟口数作为参数,针对这3个参数不同取值条件下的排烟效果进行了数值模拟研究。[结果及结论]地铁地下车辆基地机械排烟系统的设计,应以降低经济损失及环境影响为前提,保证人员在各种工况下均能在可用安全疏散时间内安全疏散。3个参数的建议取值为:排烟量应不小于21m3/s;挡烟垂壁底部与排烟口距离应不小于1.0 m;排烟口数对排烟效果影响较小,其数量可根据最大允许排烟量、漏风量及垂直空间占用等因素综合确定。
Abstracts:
[Objective] The adoption of fully underground mode for metro vehicle base enhances economic efficiency while increases the difficulty of smoke exhaust after a fire emergency. It is necessary to conduct an in-depth study of key parameters that influence the effectiveness of mechanical smoke exhaust system in underground metro vehicle base application library. [Method] Using the underground vehicle base of a metro line in an East China city as research object, a numerical simulation model is developed using FDS (fire dynamics simulator), and the reliability of this model is verified. In accordance with GB 51298-2018, smoke exhaust volume, distance between smoke-prevention vertical curtain bottom and exhaust outlet, and smoke exhaust outlet number are selected as parameters, a numerical simulations for the smoke exhaust performance is conducted under different values of the above three. [Result & Conclusion] The design of mechanical smoke exhaust systems for underground metro vehicle base should aim to minimize economic losses and environmental impact while ensuring the safe personnel evacuation within the available safe evacuation time under all operating conditions. The recommended values for the three parameters are as follows: the smoke exhaust volume should be no less than 21 m3/s; the distance between the bottom of smoke-prevention vertical curtain and exhaust outlet should be no less than 1.0 m; the number of exhaust outlets has a relatively minor effect on smoke exhaust performance and can be determined comprehensively based on factors such as maximum allowable exhaust volume, air leakage, and vertical space utilization.
