Abstract: The present application scheme of mobile TV adopted by Shanghai rail transit is facing problems like cost, service quality, operation information loading and so on. Considering the application situation and characteristics of vehicle-to-ground communication system in Shanghai rail transit, the communication bandwidth, system location, electromagnetic interference, implementation difficulty, service expansion and so on are analyzed, three business loading plans are put forward. Through comparison, the MMIS（multimedia management information system）adopted Shanghai rail transit is regarded as the optimal application scheme, it is in line with current mobile TV application and sustainable service expansion in Shanghai rail transit.
