Abstract: For the drawbacks of traditional terminal block in low-voltage junction box designed for urban rail vehicle, an improved design of the low-voltage junction box is proposed, in which the tilted installation of the terminal block and terminal block numbers are divided according to "functional group partition" of the schematic diagram. The improved structure confirms to the design of ergonomic, improves the work efficiency and wiring accuracy. At the same time, the tilted installation structure of the terminal block can be applied to equipment with limited space, inconvenient wiring and equipment that requires design optimization.
