Abstract: To maximize the land use ratio in urban area and implement the seamless connection between public transport and various business types, Shangchong Maintenance Depot of Zhuhai modern tram Line 1 is taken as the background, problems in the depot comprehensive development based on TOD (transit oriented development) model are discussed, related to the spatial layout of the spot, the construction time sequence between single units and so on in the comprehensive development according to the traffic, planning and design of the place where the depot is located. The research provides a reference for vehicle depot construction based on TOD model.
