Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of track return current in traction DC power supply system of Xi'an metro are introduced, the typical electric spark phenomenon on metro line turnout switch machine is analyzed. Combines with the characteristics of DC traction power supply system, corresponding treatment suggestions are put forward to eliminate the electric spark phenomenon of the turnout machine.
