Abstract: In this paper，the application of unmanned spraying process for the waterborne coating on urban rail transit vehicles is studied. The application process and results are analyzed according to the experiences and test data，the characteristics of waterborne coating automatic electrostatic spraying and the good development prospect are discussed.
