Abstract:
With an introduction of the main technical parameters related to the unit-articulated carbody marshalling structure for rubber-wheeled guide vehicle, the working principle and installation structure of the articulated devices, the tress state of which installed in the unit-articulated carbody are analyzed,. Then, the Lagrangian system equation is used to solve the force. A calculation model of the fixed hinge is established, and ANSYS software is used to check the static strength of the fixed hinge. Finally, based on a static strength test of the articulated structure, the strength of which is proven to meet the carbody strength requirements.
