导轨式胶轮电车单元式铰接车体固定铰的静强度分析

Static Strength Analysis of the Unit-articulated Carbody Fixed Hinge for Rubber-wheeled Guide Vehicle

  • 摘要: 介绍了导轨式胶轮电车单元式铰接车体的编组结构和主要技术参数,分析了铰接装置的工作原理、安装结构,并对铰接装置在单元式铰接车体中的受力状态进行了分析,利用拉格朗日系统方程求解。通过建立固定铰的计算模型,采用ANSYS软件校核固定铰的静强度。最后针对铰接结构的受力进行了静强度试验。验证得知铰接结构的强度满足车体的强度需求。

     

    Abstract: With an introduction of the main technical parameters related to the unit-articulated carbody marshalling structure for rubber-wheeled guide vehicle, the working principle and installation structure of the articulated devices, the tress state of which installed in the unit-articulated carbody are analyzed,. Then, the Lagrangian system equation is used to solve the force. A calculation model of the fixed hinge is established, and ANSYS software is used to check the static strength of the fixed hinge. Finally, based on a static strength test of the articulated structure, the strength of which is proven to meet the carbody strength requirements.
