Abstract: Shanghai metro Hanzhong Road Station is the first transfer station in smart city construction practice system. By focusing on “passenger management, equipment management and personnel management” three core works, the station adopts new technologies such as “Internet+” and “Big Data+” to explore the integrated, intelligent and smart station operation management mode that is more in line with future development trends from the perspectives of raising the intelligence level of station facilities and equipment, improving the efficiency of station operators, and enhancing the travel experience of passengers.
