Abstract:
Combined with the practical application problems of on-board bogie instability alarm device in high-speed EMU trains, the speed limit time after the first instability alarm and the layout scheme of acceleration sensors are discussed in depth. According to the measured data and relevant standards, and in the principle of maximizing the operation order to ensure the train safe operation, the speed limit holding time is recommended no less than 106 s when the first alarm speed limit value is about 200 km/h. Through the measured vibration data of different frame ends and the frame stress analysis, due to the phase difference between the front and the rear wheel sets hunting of the single bogie, the lateral vibration acceleration amplitude of the frame end above the non-steered wheel sets is always greater than the frame end above the steered wheel sets, which is influenced by the superposition effect of the axial force, so it is recommended that the sensors should be arranged on the frame ends above the 1,4-axles or the 2,3-axles.
