Abstract:
In this paper, the design of a mobile test bench for bogie rotational resistance coefficient is put forward. Compared to the traditional test machine, it features flexible movement, convenient assembly and disassembly. Based on the new mobile test bench, the relative rotational angular velocity, the state of air springs and the influence of other suspension components on the rotation resistance coefficient between the car body and bogie are studied with simulation software. The frictional properties of the test bench are studied at the same time.
