Abstract:
Based on the project of Jing′an Temple Station on Shanghai metro Line 14, a general layout plan of metro station built in the soft soil area is proposed. In which, the geometric section, pipe materials, assembling mode, waterproof and seismic capability in the station construction by adopting the rectangular pipe jacking method are mainly studied. Through analysis, when the cross section of pipe jacking at station floor takes 8.85 m×7.65 m, the composite pipe joint of steel pipe joint+post cast reinforced concrete structure should be adopted. The longitudinal joint of pipe jacking joint should adopt rigid connection, and the improved “F” connector is used in the circumferential joint. The key point of waterproof in the undermining section lies in the waterproof treatment of the circumferential joint, and the waterproof at the construction stage depends on the squeeze of elastic gasket and the steel ring, and the waterproof at the service stage depends on the post cast reinforced concrete structure. The results of finite element simulation show that the structure of Jin′gan Temple Station on Shanghai metro Line 14 built with open excavation at both ends and pipe jacking in the middle could meet the seismic performance requirements.
