Abstract:
The optimization of station passenger attendant post can not only improve the efficiency of passenger transport organization, but also reduce the operation cost. Through analyzing the post characteristics, responsibilities and tasks of passenger attendants, an optimization scheme is formulated and the ticketing team working mode is tested. By optimizing the passenger attendant post, the working hours of passenger attendants (5.31 hours/station) are greatly reduced when the station master increases slightly the working hours (0.68 hours/station) . At the same time, one line could save 78.70 working hours/day on the average, reduce the number of passenger attendants by 22, and thus increasing the personnel optimum proportion by 27%.
