Abstract: Taking the current production management status of metro vehicle depot in major metro cities into consideration, and based on the system architecture composed of B/S (browser/server) and C/S (client/server), an integrated automation management system for the improvement of information and automation levels is designed to serve the production management of metro vehicle depot. In this paper, the integrated automation management system of metro vehicle depot is introduced with emphasis on system architecture, network structure design, as well as the functional design of each sub\|platform, such as vehicle parking, vehicle departure, vehicle coordination, vehicle examination, driver dispatching, station monitoring and vehicle inventory. The system design scheme has been practically applied to Chengdu Metro Line 5.
