复杂施工环境下地铁隧道机械法施工的工筹技术方案

Technical Engineering Scheme for Metro Tunnel Construction by Mechanical Method in Complex Construction Environment

  • 摘要: 地铁隧道施工环境复杂,工程制约因素多,采用机械法施工时,经常面临机械掘进连续性差、矿山法车站与机械法区间施工相互干涉,以及机械始发、过站、接收、平移、吊出等技术难题。以青岛地铁6号线土建03标工程为依托,综合考虑沿线地表环境及地质条件,结合各站施工工法、工序组织及线路整体工筹,通过对初拟工筹技术方案细化、比选、优化、调整,形成适用于复杂施工环境的成套机械法施工地铁工程筹划技术方案。

     

    Abstract: The metro construction environment is complex and there are many engineering constraints. When mechanical method is adopted for construction,it is often faced with technical problems such as poor continuity of mechanical excavation,interference between mining method station and mechanical method interval construction, and mechanical launching,station crossing,receiving,translating,hoisting out. Based on civil engineering 03 standard project of Qingdao Metro Line 6, comprehensively considering the ground environment and geological conditions along the line,the construction methods and construction sequence organization of each station and the overall engineering scheme of the line,through continuous refinement, comparative selection,optimization and adjustment of the preliminary technical engineering scheme,a complete set of technical engineering scheme suitable for complex construction environment has been formed for metro constructed by mechanical method.
