一种基于Petri网和SDG的车门系统故障诊断方法

A Fault Diagnosis Method for Door System Based on Petri Net and SDG

  • 摘要: 目前,城市轨道交通车辆客室车门系统的故障诊断研究在国内外比较薄弱,如车门故障诊断Petri网模型都是基于历史数据而建立的。为更好地利用相关设备的实时状态信息,提出在Petri网模型中加入时间信息的推理约束,采用系统正向运行逻辑关系进行Petri网建模;对车门系统进行过程监测,再结合符号有向图(SDG)进行异常节点的逆序查询,得到候选故障源,对无法检测的节点引入故障概率作为判断故障的依据,为车门系统的在途故障诊断和预警检修给出建议信息。利用车门系统的实测数据对该方法进行了验证,结果显示该方法在车门系统故障诊断中是有效的,且具有运行高效、系统简化、便于控制和集成等优点。

     

    Abstract: The fault diagnosis of urban rail transit vehicle compartment door system is a weak field of research at home and abroad,for example,the Petri net model for door system fault diagnosis is established on the basis of historical data. In order to make better use of the real-time status information of relevant equipment,inference constraint of time information is suggested to be added to the Petri net model,forward running logic relationship of the system to be adopted to carry out Petri net modeling. The process of the door system is monitored,then combined with the symbol directed graph(SDG),the reverse order query of abnormal nodes is performed to obtain the candidate fault source. Fault probability is introduced to undetectable nodes as the basis for judging the fault,and suggestions for on-the-road fault diagnosis and early warning maintenance of the door system are given. The method is verified by actual field test data of the door system. Results show that the method is effective in door system fault diagnosis and possesses characteristics of high efficiency,simplified system and easy system control and integration.
