城际列车车体围护结构隔热性能仿真计算及实测分析

Simulation Calculation and Field Test Analysis of Thermal Insulation Performance of Intercity Train Vehicle Body Enclosure Structure

  • 摘要: 列车内的环境舒适性不仅取决于空调机组的运行效果,同时取决于车体围护结构的隔热性能。以某城际列车为对象,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)对车体围护结构的部分典型截面的传热系数进行数值计算,并通过试验对该截面的传热系数进行测试。通过仿真计算及实测分析,确定该车体围护结构的隔热性能满足隔热要求。通过仿真计算与实测分析结果的对比,发现两者误差在10%以内,说明围护结构传热性能的仿真计算结果是可信的,具有较好的参考意义。

     

    Abstract: The environmental comfort in the train depends not only on the operating effect of the air conditioning unit,but also on the thermal insulation performance of the vehicle body enclosure structure. Taking a certain intercity train as study object,the heat transfer coefficient of certain typical cross sections of the vehicle body enclosure structure is numerically calculated by CFD,and the heat transfer coefficient of the cross section is tested through experiments. Through simulation calculation and field test analysis,it is found that the heat insulation performance of the vehicle body enclosure structure meets the requirements of heat insulation. By comparing and analyzing the results of simulation and field tests,it is found that the error between the simulation and field results is within 10%, which shows that the simulation calculation results of the heat transfer performance of the enclosure structure are reliable and have reference significance.
