Abstract: The interior noise of metro vehicle is related to many factors such as track,vehicle and tunnel. Based on the test and analysis of the interior noise in Qingdao Metro Line 3 vehicle,the noise reduction measures in the aspects of vehicle operation and maintenance and vehicle design and manufacturing are discussed. The measured results and analysis show that the interior noise mainly comes from wheelrail noise, door type and sound insulation of the body structure. Therefore,the causes of vehicle noise should be studied from the perspectives of vehicle design,manufacturing, operation and maintenance, taking corresponding measures to reduce the interior noise and improve passenger comfort.
