冻结法施工中冻结管断裂的影响及其处理方法

Impact and Treatment Method of Freeze Pipe Fracture in AGF Project

  • 摘要: 在人工冻结法施工中,冻结管一旦断裂会造成盐水泄漏,并引发一系列的次生灾害,危害工程安全。如何判断盐水泄漏对冻土的影响范围,以及合理有效地处理盐水泄漏,已成为冻结法施工的关键问题。利用工程现场实测数据,对比分析盐水泄漏前后的强度及冻结壁衰减情况。结果显示,在单点20 L的泄漏量下,可以维持原有冻结设计方法,无需加强冻结。

     

    Abstract: In the construction of artificial ground freezing project,once the freezing pipe breaks,it will cause brine leakage, leading to a series of secondary disasters,endangering the safety of the project. How to judge the impact of brine leakage on frozen soil and how to deal with brine leakage reasonably and effectively has become a key issue in freezing project. Base on in-situ data of freezing project,the strength before and after the brine leakage and the attenuation of the frozen wall are compared and analyzed. The analysis results show that under a single point of 20 L leakage,the original freezing design method can be maintained without strengthening the freezing.
