富水砂性软土层盾构小曲线半径下穿公路隧道施工关键技术

Key Technology for Construction of Small Radius Curve Shield Tunnel Undercrossing Highway Tunnel in Waterrich Sandy Soft Soil Layer

  • 摘要: 通过地铁盾构区间在软弱土层中下穿市政公路隧道的沉降模拟分析,结合无锡地铁盾构区间近距离穿越太湖大道隧道施工的实际工程实例,针对地铁盾构区间在富水砂性软弱土层中施工时对地层扰动大、穿越风险高、变形明显等特点,研究适合在富水砂性软弱土层的盾构小曲线半径下穿公路隧道的施工关键技术,确定盾构施工相关的各项技术参数。

     

    Abstract: Through settlement simulation analysis of the metro shield section undercrossing the municipal highway tunnel in the soft soil layer, combined with the actual engineering example of the Wuxi metro shield section closely crossing the Tai Lake Avenue tunnel, and targeting the characteristics of constructing metro shield section in waterrich sandy soft soil layer such as big disturbance to stratum,high crossing risk and obvious deformation, the key technology suitable for constructing the small radius curve shield tunnel undercrossing highway tunnel in water-rich sandy soft soil layer is explored. The technical parameters related to shield construction are determined.
