Abstract:
In the process of urban construction,the situation that foundation pit excavation is limited by construction space and encounters complex stratum conditions witnesses increasing trend.Therefore,it is urgent to study high quality bored pile forming technology in this situation. Based on the foundation pit project of Buji station of Shenzhen Metro Line 14,the key construction technology and quality control measures of the bored pile under the situation of limited construction space and complex stratum conditions are studied,and the design and calculation theory of the bored pile are explored,and a complete set of construction technology and a series of quality control measures such as control of occlusion amount of the bored pile,prevention of the reinforcement cage floating up and treatment of height limitation are put forward. The research results can provide reference for the construction of bored piles in similar situations.
