Abstract: In addition to the role of train operator,metro drivers are also the first responder of equipment failures and emergency in the main line,the emergency treatment ability of metro drivers plays an important role in train operation. Based on the statistics and analysis of operational emergency treatment data of Qingdao Metro in 2015-2017（emphasis on high frequency failures）,the processing time and treatment evaluation criteria are constructed. Taking the red-black list of Qingdao Metro as an example, the application in the evaluation presentation, technical warning, employee incentive and other practices during emergency treatment process is introduced.
