Abstract:
The on-board power battery system enables the self-running of vehicle without power supply network,and automatically pulls the train that is forced to stop in fault area to the nearest station,which can effectively improve the emergency response efficiency of the vehicle in case of power supply failure. In addition,vehicle netless self-running can also improve the efficiency of vehicle maintenance and the safety of personnel operation. Combined with the application requirements and current situation of netless self-running technology in urban rail transit,taking actual newly built metro line as an example,a solution of netless self-running power supply system for urban rail transit vehicle based on onboard power battery system is proposed. Targeting the power battery demand required for urban rail vehicle netless selfrunning function,the adaptability of different types of power battery are comparatively analyzed from perspectives such as safety of the power battery, power characteristics, cycle lifespan, environmental adaptability and economy. It is pointed out that in the current lithium ion battery technology development stage,lithium titanate battery is the best choice for urban rail transit vehicle netless self-running application scenario.
