Abstract: Based on the concept of product service life cycle management,the service life cycle maintenance mode of key components of metro vehicle is proposed,and the Service Lifecycle Management（SLM） system is established, to realize the scientific management of data of metro vehicle key components at different stage. Currently,SLM system has been successfully applied to the door maintenance process of Shanghai metro vehicles. At the same time,to meet the maintenance requirements of high reliability and long usage cycle of large complex equipment,maintenance scheme with Maintenance,Repair and Overhaul（MRO）mode is proposed.
