General Review of Rail Transit Bearing Fault Diagnosis and Lifespan Prediction Technology

  • 摘要: 由于轨道交通运载环境与条件较为特殊,使得轴承故障预测面临非平稳性、非线性等困难因素,轴承故障诊断与寿命预测难以有效实现。近年来,人工智能技术用于轴承故障诊断与寿命预测的研究及专利不断涌现,技术创新性和成熟度不断提高,因此,基于物联网和数据驱动技术的智能化轴承故障诊断与寿命预测将会在轨道交通装备中得到快速发展与应用。

     

    Abstract: Due to the special rail transit transportation environment and conditions,bearing fault prediction faces problematic factors such as non-stationarity and non-linearity,which makes bearing fault diagnosis and lifespan prediction difficult to realize. In recent years,with the constant emerging of artificial intelligence technology research and patents on bearing fault analysis and lifespan prediction,the technical innovation and maturity are advancing. Consequently,intelligent bearing fault diagnosis and lifespan prediction based on Internet of Things and data-driven technology will undergo rapid development and application in rail transit equipment.
