Abstract: Based on the current equipment management situation of Shanghai rail transit signal system and the equipment maintenance and management requirements in hyperscale operational environment, signal system health management system is built on the basis of Prognostic and Health Management（PHM）technology. Through continuous upgrade of health management system and optimization of status,the whole life cycle health management of equipment in Shanghai rail transit signal system can be realized,as well as system status modification, intelligent prediction and diagnosis,and quick response to faults.
