Abstract: The precise procurement of materials in the largescale network operational environment of urban rail transit is facing unprecedented challenges. The risks of material purchase in large-scale network operational environment are analyzed,and the connotation of material precise procurement system in large-scale network operational environment is expounded from three aspects of basic standards, virtual warehouse and procurement channel mode innovation. The application practice of Chengdu Metro shows that the system can realize the goal of rationalizing inventory structure,reducing redundant procurement and improving procurement efficiency.
