Abstract: Production scheduling is the key of metro maintenance,the mode transformation of which is the core of maintenance production optimization and innovation. Through cultivation of professional talents,transformation of working mechanism and construction of intelligent equipment,Chengdu Metro has initiated the maintenance scheduling transformation from production scheduling to command scheduling, and has currently established an intelligent dispatching center with scientific scheduling, efficient command, intelligent analysis and comprehensive control ability. The connotation of Chengdu Metro new maintenance production scheduling management mode and the development directions of dispatching center business module are introduced.
