基于车辆基地智能综合管控系统的车辆检修日计划编制

Vehicle Maintenance Daily Plan Based on Vehicle Base Intelligent Integrated Management and Control System

  • 摘要: 地铁车辆检修计划的合理性与科学性是车辆保持健康状态的重要因素之一。通过分析地铁车辆检修业务需求,基于股道、车辆及运营计划3个约束条件进行冲突检测,优化车辆检修日计划编制方法,建立车辆基地智能综合管控系统架构。基于智能综合管控系统的车辆检修日计划编制,可获得最优车辆检修日计划,能促进检修调度管理的精细化、信息化和智能化;同时,还能提升运输资源利用率,降低运营维护成本,减少车辆设备因过度维修或缺乏维修而带来的安全隐患。

     

    Abstract: The rational and scientific nature of metro vehicle maintenance plan is one of the important factors for ensuring the healthy state of vehicle. Based on the metro vehicle repair business requirements analysis,and conflict detection of three constraints of track, vehicle, operational plan, vehicle maintenance daily plan formulation method is optimized and vehicle base intelligent integrated management and control system architecture is established. The vehicle maintenance daily plan formulated on the basis of intelligent integrated management and control system allows to seek the optimal vehicle maintenance and repair daily plan,to promote the maintenance scheduling management refinement,informatization and intellectualization,and to enhance the transportation resource utilization,to decrease the cost of operation and maintenance,to reduce the hidden safety danger caused by excessive or lack of maintenance of some vehicle equipment at the same time.
