Abstract: Intelligent high-speed train is a high-speed train that realizes intelligent design of driving, operation, service and monitoring, which has self-detection, self-diagnosis, and self-decision-making capabilities. Based on the patent literature data (data range: 2000-2019) obtained from Derwent Innovation and INCOPAT, by searching related technologies of EMU, especially of intelligent high-speed train, the current intellectual property distribution status of major leading companies in the intelligent high-speed railway field is analyzed, to fully understand the global patent layout strategy of intelligent high-speed train, providing reference for domestic companies to formulate intellectual property strategy.
