Abstract:
With the increase of EMU speed, the influence of mode on the vehicle body is growing evident. The structure of certain type of EMU vehicle body is optimized, and the vehicle modal analysis is carried out to improve the first\|order overall modal frequency of EMU body under conditioning. The improvement target is higher than 10 Hz, so as to reduce the abnormal vibration frequency of EMU vehicle body at service. The results show that the interior end wall in passenger compartment of vehicle body has apparent advantages in lightweight design and modal improvement. The final recommended optimization scheme of inner end wall can make the first\|order overall modal frequency of reconditioned vehicle body higher than 10 Hz.
