Abstract:
High\|speed EMU floor structure is one of the important fire\|resistive partitions, the fire resistance performance of which plays an important role in stopping the expansion of fires. Numerical simulation of the fire resistance performance of high\|speed EMU floor structure under standard temperature rise curve is conducted and is compared with the results of standard structure fire furnace test. Results show that the numerical simulation is a good replication of the test within 30 minutes, however after the period, large gap exists between simulation and test in terms of floor structure destruction under high temperature.
