Abstract: To ensure safe reliability of rail vehicle bonding structure, the anti\|fatigue performance of the adhesive used for bonding structure designs requires systematic analysis. From the perspectives of vibration frequency, load, substrate surface treatment method, the shear fatigue performance of two\|component epoxy adhesive applied in rail vehicle is tested and analyzed.
