Abstract: The passenger compartment door is a component highly in use on metro train, as well as a component with high fault rate. The development and application of compartment door remote diagnosis system can realize real\|time monitoring of the working conditions and working parameters of the motor, door controller and locking structure of the door system, and can predict the door system fault through intelligent fault analysis method, so as to detect in advance and eliminate sub\|health problems before the door system fails, reducing the fault rate and improving the reliability of door system.
