Abstract: The main raw materials, instruments, technology process and test standard of phenolic resin composite material are introduced. The properties of phenolic resin composite material such as oxygen index, combustion performance, mechanical properties, low density are expounded. The impact of hot pressing time, temperature and technology process on the properties of phenolic resin composite material is analyzed. The experiment proves that phenolic resin composite material has relatively good properties; when the hot pressing time is controlled within 1.1~1.4 hours, the composite material demonstrates excellent surface properties; when the temperature is between 80～100 ℃, composite material with fine and even surface quality can be obtained. Adequate adjustment of technology process can improve product quality and reduce cost of phenolic resin.
