武汉轨道交通香港路站换乘客流的流线优化设计

The Interchange Passenger Flow Optimization Design of Wuhan Rail Transit Xianggang Road Station

  • 摘要: 以武汉轨道交通香港路站为例,开展换乘站客流流线优化研究。总结了运营后轨道交通换乘站的流线优化方法,提出了具有适用性的流线优化流程和流线时间计算模型。针对客流流线中的冲突点,应用流程再造法得出流线优化方案,并通过流线走行时间计算模型对优化方案进行计算和验证。验证结果表明,优化流程和计算模型具有可行性和参考性。

     

    Abstract: Taking Wuhan rail transit Xianggang Road Station as an example, the interchange station passenger flow optimization is studied. The optimization method of interchange station passenger flow after starting operation is summarized. Flow optimization process and flow travel time calculation model that are adaptable are proposed. Targeting the conflict points among the passenger flow lines, an optimization scheme is obtained by adopting the process reengineering method, calculated and verified by the passenger flow travel time calculation model. Verification results show that the optimization process and calculation model are feasible and referrable.
