Abstract: The major function positioning and system configuration of fully automatic operation (FAO) line backup operation control center (BOCC) is introduced. From the aspects of portal redundancy and redundancy hot standby, the redundancy of main control center and BOCC is analyzed. Daily management and emergency treatment scheme of BOCC is proposed, and the schemes are comparatively analyzed. The emergency treatment process in scenarios where different BOCC takes over is discussed, providing theoretical reference for the design, equipment and personnel deployment of FAO line BOCC.
