Abstract:
Taking the Karst Section of Julong station to Tangxi station of Guangzhou Metro Line 12 as the engineering background, by using numerical simulation software, the influence of different construction sections and shield parameters on the surface settlement is studied respectively. The results show that: the larger the construction interval, the less disturbed the tunnel after the construction of double track tunnel and the smaller the settlement value of the ground surface. Therefore, it is suggested to carry out construction from right line to left line. The greater the thrust and grouting pressure of the working face, the smaller the maximum settlement of the surface. In order to avoid the problems of surface uplift and rapid wear of cutter head during construction, it is suggested that the jacking force of the working face should be 0.25 MPa and the grouting pressure should be 0.30 MPa; Although there are some differences between the numerical simulation results and the field monitoring data of surface settlement, the overall trend is consistent, which can still guide the actual construction.
