Abstract:
Based on the characteristic analysis of accidents on medium and low speed maglev bridges, vertical, longitudinal and horizontal evacuation modes and existing emergency facilities on bridges are summarized. Based on multi agent simulation platform Pathfinder, the simulation models of passenger evacuation on maglev bridges are built and the influence of emergency facilities and design parameters in different cases on passenger evacuation time is calculated and analyzed. Research results show that Pathfinder can provide a realistic simulation of process and time for passenger evacuation on bridges. Independent staircases of vertical emergency evacuation modes are of higher efficiency and safety. And the width of walkways and railing interval affects passenger longitudinal and horizontal evacuation time to certain extent.
