Abstract: Formulation background, process and relationship with other standards of the national standard GB/T 36284—2018 ‘Electrical System of Rail Transit Platform Edge Door’ are introduced. The scope of application, terminology and definition, system composition, system technical requirements, component technical requirements and RAMS requirements are expounded. The original intention and basis of standard formulation are pointed out, which provides technical guidance for users to understand standard terms.
