Abstract: In response to the increasing comfort demand from urban rail transit passengers, based on the S-curve acceleration and deceleration control method, a calculation method for the train operation target speed curve is proposed. The method has been applied in the speed control of vehicle under FAO (Fully Automatic Operation). Results show that using this method can improve the stationarity of train operation, thereby improving the comfort of passengers. it is also helpful to slow down the wear of mechanical equipment, to reduce noise, and to extend the service life of equipment by slowing down the impact of mechanical equipment.
