Abstract: Taking Qiu′ai EMU depot in Ningbo as an example, conditions influencing overhead property development are analyzed, and essential points of planning and design are put forward. Based on main problems of Qiu′ai EMU depot overhead property development, three strategies of implementation in phases are proposed, including reserving upper cover structure, reserving upper cover foundation, and reconstruction in the future. Profit analysis and scheme evaluation are conducted respectively. From the comparison, the scheme of reconstruction in the future is recommended.
