Abstract: The integrity of traction power supply system and its equipment are the prerequisite guarantee of train normal operation. Taking the damage of Guangzhou Metro Line 13 traction power supply system caused by sudden heavy rainstorm disaster on May 22 as an example, the adaptability and feasibility of the system and equipment to resume operation under such damaged conditions are analyzed, and emergency recovery measures and plans for traction power supply equipment to ensure the restoration of normal power supply across the line quickly are proposed. Emergency treatment ideas for urban rail transit traction power supply system to ensure operational adaptability under sudden disasters are presented.
